How can I place an order?
Our online checkout is currently being prepared. Simply email the name of the product and your size to manira@manirabodrum.com; we will create the order for you and share the payment and delivery steps by email.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You do not need to register or create an account to place an order.
How can I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer. We send the payment details by email once your order has been created.
How long will my order take?
Orders within Türkiye are handed to the courier within 3 business days at the latest.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for deliveries and exchange requests within Türkiye. For returns, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer. International shipping costs vary by country; please write to manira@manirabodrum.com for details.
The product I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Please contact us at manira@manirabodrum.com about any sold out product and we will share the production plan with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you reach us at manira@manirabodrum.com before the product is handed to the courier, you can change or cancel your order. To add an item, let us know the same day and your whole order will be shipped together.
